In life. We all know that some things can happen unexpectedly some may, ultimately change your heart and shift your direction. This is a journey of love and how the Holy Spirit did exactly that. This story we will walk through that 24 months of an incredible soul-felt journey with God Jesus and the Holy Spirit. We will share it. Many events that could be considered spirit, lead or miracles. This is Triune loves me with Lori Garner.
Speaker 2:Hi and welcome back, this is Lori. I'm so glad you could join me again this week. For those of you who have been with me since the beginning. Thank you. You are now part of my journey. And for those of you who have just joined me for the first time, welcome. Now, for those of you who have joined me for the first time, let me just recap a little bit about what we do. My very first episodes. One through 15 will give you my testimony. So you can go back and take a look at that and kind of get caught up. But from that point, what we've been doing is taking a word from my Bible word study and pairing it with one of my meditations where a story unfolds and today we'll do the same thing. But before we get started, like always, I'll ask you to get your favorite cup of coffee, your favorite chair, and let's share this time. Now the word for today is a very special word. I think you're going to like it as much as I do. One of the things that happened in my journey is I had a Holy Spirit experience. And when that happened, my husband asked me, well, what is it you want to do with this? And I said, I don't know. All I know is he wants me to love our word today is love. Now, before we get started, let me just remind you that. If you want to take a look at these words, all the words I use on the podcast are available on my blog. The blog is also called Triune loves me. So get comfortable and let's embrace this word together. Whoever does not love does not know God, because God is love. You'll find that in first, John four dot eight, the English word love can be found 311 times in the King. James Bible.
:The meaning of love, an intense feeling of deep affection. There's so many types of love that we experienced in a lifetime. Before we're even born, we're loved unconditionally. And then if we're lucky, we were born to loving caring parents who love us as we grow. This is a love that never ends. Even if one must leave this earth, the love remains as adults. We find we others in different ways. There's a love of a spouse. There's love of parents. There's the love of our children. There's the love for special friends. We fall in love with each of these amazing souls. They've all have blessed our lives and filled our days and nights with beautiful songs of love that we can return. It's a love that we can count on. This love is caring. This love is nurturing. This love warms our hearts and gives us purpose in this life. But when you find the love of God, it leaves you in awe, it will leave you speechless. It can take you from zero to 60 and just seconds. It will tap into your unknown emotions and place you in unfamiliar territory. It will make you stretch and find your God given gifts. This love contains such beautiful healing properties. It's like nothing else on earth. Nothing else can compare. It is the most amazing love of the heart and soul that one can ever experience. It makes your life rich with love for others. It makes you see life like never before. It's an amazing state of completeness. It's a feeling of home and oneness. I had been blessed to feel his love. He can bring out miraculous changes within the very core of who you thought you were. He will prime you for the world to see the true essence of who he knows you can be.
Speaker 2:These changes do not happen overnight. They can take years to come full circle, but we have His promise that He will be with us every step of the way. As I traveled on this journey, I realized that this love is the same unconditional love that I felt even before I was born there. And that is when your spirit truly understands the magnitude of this amazing gift. It has been. God's love that you have felt guiding you your whole life. The difference now is that you have found the freedom in your heart to love him back. And that my friend is where the sweetness of his love can be truly felt. That is where the music can be truly heard. And that is where the beauty of life truly exists. Because he is the ultimate gift of love. It's him. Its always him. And now that you have love on the brain and I'm hoping that you feel it deep within your soul, I'm going to invite you the listener to take a trip back in time with me when I had a meditation. And what I'd like you to do is close your eyes. Relax. Listen to my voice, listen to the music and transport yourself to the place that I went to that very day. Are you ready now? Let's take a moment and let me describe the room for you that day. I felt it was way too bright. So I use a sleep mask. So if you use a sleep mask by all means do, and I also use some essential oils that day. My favorite fragrance is frankincense. I put my earbuds in, got my music ready. I kicked my chair back. I opened my arms wide palms up and I realized that day that that's actually my favorite position when I meditate. But if it's not yours, find yours and go ahead and get in that position. And with that, their narrator came on and began her normal, relaxing dialogue. She said, find your safe, peaceful place. And my subconscious mind kicked in and away. I went, the story began to unfold. I saw myself sitting with one leg tucked beneath me where the other leg bent in front of me with my chin on my knee. And my arms wrapped around my leg for support. We were in this dense forest with a thick canopy. It was the deepest, darkest night I had ever seen my clothes seem like they were from days of old, a cotton robe with bell sleeves. And it had a hoodie that came up over my head from the neck. I sat quietly in front of a fire. It was warm and beautifully mesmerizing. It flickered. It popped at danced in warm colors of red, yellow, and gold. There was a comforting, smoky aroma that filled the night air. And there was a peaceful existence. It could be felt deep in your soul. Only our immediate surroundings were illuminated enough to be seen. And then Jesus walked into the light. He walked in from the dark and shadows and joined me by the fire. He sat down and then he pushed his hoodie back away from his face, letting it fall upon his shoulders. I sat quietly and watched the fire, create a beautiful, warm glow on his skin. I could see the fire reflecting in his eyes an He started speaking, but I can not tell you the details of what he said. Because at that moment, I drifted into a distant memory that felt like it played a time l ap scene in a movie. But I did observe that we all listened and studied his every word. He was teaching us about love. WhenHe finished the lesson, He asked us to stand and hold hands. And He said the most eloquent, simplistic prayer I have ever heard, we were then asked to gather in a single file line. As He proceeded to call us up by name one by one, it seemed much like a graduation ceremony. He greeted each one of us with an amazing warm hug and handed us a parchment type roll, with a beautiful golden ribbon flowing from its center. He asked us not to open them until we could all do it together. Once we were all handed our scrolls, we stood together excited to see what the scrolls would unveil. We stood there in the darkness with only the fire's life with an occasional Ember floating to the dark and sky. And then he said, okay, are you ready? Everyone hold out your scrolls. And together we will open them on the count of three, the excitement could physically be felt. And then He said one, And we held out our scrolls in front of our chest. He called the number two and we each held a ribbon and held our breath. And then he smiled and said three. We all pull the ribbon. And the scrolls unfurled, our eyes became wide and confusion filled the night air. Someone in the crowd said, we don't understand their blank. And then Jesus said these words, don't you see you don't need it in writing to show our Fathers unconditional love. Because love lives in your heart. And it's the most important gift given to you to share. He proceeded to walk over to me and placed his hand over my heart and said, when you give love unconditionally, it's held in the most sacred chambers of your heart and it's deposited into your soul. And it remains there for eternity. It can never be removed. It becomes the very essence of who you, so my Father and I give you this gift, now go and love the world. She needs love more now than ever before. And the music faded and the meditation ended. And the lesson that I felt that day that was given to me is give love unconditionally to the world. It will be deposited in the deepest chambers of your heart and shared with your soul for eternity. It will become the very essence of who you are. Jesus is the most amazing teacher of how to love. He has taught us. By example, I can only hope and pray that you join me in trying to spread his love because our world needs it so desperately.
