God's very breath
Show Notes Transcript

Do we ever stop and think about the power of God’s breath, and how He breathes the Holy Spirit’s sweet existence into our soul. It truly is mind-blowing.

The Bible does teach us that He breathes the Holy Spirit into the very essence of who we are, I think He does this to communicate with us on a spiritual level. The Holy Spirit is sent to guide us, to comfort us, and to bring us unexplainable joy.

Come, join me as I travel back in time. And I open my heart and share a word from our Bible word study and meditation. I have fused them together to create a self-narrated story called

"God's very breath'

This is a journey of love and how the Holy Spirit did exactly that you will share in many events that could be considered spirit, led or miracles. This is Triune Love Me with Lori Garner.

Speaker 2:

Hi, and welcome back. This is Lori. I'm so happy you decided to join me again today. It truly does mean the world. To me. I'm hoping that it touches your soul as well. I am so blown away by the responses that I'm getting from this podcast. You really have no idea. I just want to take a moment and thank you. The new listener, as well as my seasoned listeners, I found out today, this is episode 40 and I am truly surprised. What truly blows my mind is between our blog and our podcast. There are almost 25,000 hits that have happened, listeners and readers all over the world. So I want to take a moment and thank my heavenly Father, because I know it's him. He's putting these stories and my blog in front of the eyes and the hearts that need to see it. And if you're one of those chosen people that took the time to hear his call, I want to thank you for being here now for all you new listeners.

:

Let me explain a little bit of what we're doing now on the podcast. The first one through 15 is my testimony. So if you want to know more about me, please go back and just listen to those. But what we're doing now is I have a blog. Like I stated earlier in the program of words, they are a Bible word study that I've been doing over the course of over a year with a friend of mine. And I take one of the words from the Bible word study, and I pair it with a meditation that happened during my journey. And I create the short story for you, the listener. And as I gathered the information to start this episode, the word Pentecost came to mind. Did you know, Sunday is Pentecost. Well, what is Pentecost to state? It simply Pentecost is the birthday of the church. And if you want to know more about that, you can find that in Acts chapter two, verses two through four Christ had promises apostles that he would send the Holy Spirit and on Pentecost, they were granted the gifts of the Holy Spirit. The apostles began to preach the gospel in all of the languages that the Jews who had gathered there spoke and about 3000 people were converted and baptized on that day. Now that's a wow. And what really stood out to me on what I just read were three simple words. His Holy Spirit. Now keep those three words in your mind and let's continue on this journey today. As always grab your favorite cup of coffee nor f avorite chair and let's share this time. Today's word is breathe. And the King James version, the word breathe appears 42 times. Breathe is used in the Bible a s a powerful symbol of the life. Giving presence of God like God himself, the air we breathe is invisible, odorless and tasteless. It c annot be perceived at all, unless it moves. It i s usually peaceful a nd s till, but it is a great reservoir of enormous power. As we breathe our first breath at birth, we're given the gift of life from our creator. So innocent, fresh, and sweet. This miracle of how we rhythmically breathe without much thought is truly amazing. However, when we stop and think about the power of God's breath and how he breathes the Holy Spirit sweet existence into our soul, this is truly mind blowing. The Bible does teach us that he breeds the Holy spirit into the very existence of who we are. I think he does this to communicate with us on a spiritual level. The Holy Spirit is sent to guide us and to comfort us. And when he comes, he brings us unexplainable joy. One of his many functions is to teach us more about our Heavenly Father and his beautiful son life and love and how we should conduct our lives here on earth. He also reveals more about Himself as He communes with us on a daily basis.

Speaker 2:

What an amazing gift, just think about it. God has trusted us enough to give us a special part of Himself. And we call that gift. The Holy Spirit. God's breath can come as gentle as a whisper, or it can come as a mighty rushing wind. He possesses a gentleness that's beyond compare, but he also possesses as a relentless power and He can move heaven and earth just to chase the ones He loves. I stand in awe in His presence and saying, yes, you can fall in love with the Holy Spirit. He is a beautiful gift from our Heavenly Father there's own breath. I believe it comes from the deepest chambers of His heart. So when our Father and trusts us with this gift, we must do everything in our power to cherish it.

:

He has gently placed this gift in our soul, and it should remain with us ingrained in our hearts until He calls us home where, and when we can feel the sweetness of His breath, once again, it's Him. It's always Him. And I'd like to leave you with this scripture. In His hand is the life of every creature and the breath of all of mankind. You can find that in Job 12 verse 10. Now let's move on to the meditation. You should be comfortably listening, Kick your chair back, close your eyes, listen to my voice i n the music. And I'm going to transport you into my story. This s tory i s a little bit different. It's a little bit on SiFi side, but I hope you enjoy it. You're ready. Let me set the moment I was in a room upstairs i n my home, the room was dark. I had one candle flickering, a warm golden orange glow against the dark wall. And I listened to a track from an artist by the name of Joshua Aaron, his voice sooths my soul. His words are a mix of English and Hebrew, and they're so melodic and relaxing. Listening to his voice, laud my soul into a vision of a farm landscape, a field of orange tall wheat with a farm home i n the far distance. And as I stepped into this image, I was approached by a sphere of light. It was about 10 inches in diameter. The light was the most beautifully w arm light I had ever seen. I opened my hand Palm up and this sphere landed in my hand and it hovered just above my skin. And then it proceeded to move about me. It seemed to have a rhythmic dance, all its own. Up on a rm behind my neck. I could feel the warmth and the love flow through me as it made its way. down to my other hand, I stretched my hand Pa lm u p and slowly brought my hands together in front of my eyes to take a closer look. It was such a beautiful mesmerizing light. And as I brought it closer, I could see a reflective face and it was a reflection of Jesus. And without an audible word,He began to speak to my heart and he said, follow me. And with those words, the sphere began to move slowly. And of course I followed, it seemed to have a magnetic pull on my soul. It was peaceful and in slow motion. And it led me through this tall grass. Until we came to an opening, the sphere stopped and hovered just above the grass and asked me to sit down.

Speaker 2:

I sat down as instructed at this time, the sphere was only about three feet in front of, of me. And then from behind Jesus came and joined me on my right and then the Father to my left. And I became overwhelmed with this vision and began to cry. I brought my hands up and cut my face and Jesus leaned over and whispered in my ear,"Do not be afraid. We are with you. You are in our care and we will not let anything happen to you. Trust us!" As I pulled my hands away from my face, t he s phere began to look like a white vapor. But is also contained these f lecks of sparkling matter. And the v apor g lowed this amazing glow. And I knew in my heart at that moment. I was sitting with t he Trinity and all I could do cry, b ut I didn't cry a t a fear. I cried from a love that's beyond description.

:

And as the music continued to play, I laid my head on Jesus lap, I closed my eyes and fell into a very peaceful slumber. And the music began to fade. And the meditation ended.

Speaker 2:

Now, I don't know about you, but when something like that happens to me in a meditation, I always question, what is it all about? And I shared it with a friend of mine that day, and she sent me this scripture and I'd like to read it to you."And He raised us up together with Him and made us sit down together, giving us joint seating with Him in the heavenly sphere, by virtue of our being in Jesus Christ, the Messiah, the anointed one. You can find that in Ephesians chapter two, verse six.
